I am Raisul Islam, a former selected candidate of the Bangladesh Air Force, an author, and a dedicated educator devoted to shaping disciplined, skilled, and patriotic future leaders. Having closely observed military discipline, integrity, and unwavering dedication, I developed a profound respect for those values and chose to embody them in my own life.
My academic journey led me through Shaheed Police Smrity College and later to the renowned Adamjee Cantonment School and BAF Shaheen College Dhaka, where the pillars of my character, leadership, and responsibility were firmly established. After completing my BSS (Honors) from American International University-Bangladesh, I followed not only a career path but a calling. Motivated by love for my motherland, I stepped toward military service — a decision rooted in patriotism and a desire to contribute beyond myself.
Falcon Professional Academy is more than an educational institution — it is a movement driven by purpose. A mission to ignite the inner warrior in our youth, direct them toward honorable careers, and empower them to build a stronger and prouder Bangladesh.
To extend this spirit, I founded Falcon Professional Academy — not just to help aspirants crack military exams, but to create leaders who carry the values of honor, sacrifice, and discipline. I’ve also authored the SNIPER book series to instill confidence and combat mindset among the youth.
In addition, I’ve launched ‘Country Maker’ — a youth development platform focused on free career guidance, vocational education for underprivileged children, and forming a national volunteer force from students to serve during crises.
Falcon Professional is not just an institution. It is a mission. A mission to awaken the warrior within our youth, guide them toward meaningful careers, and inspire them to contribute to a stronger, prouder Bangladesh.
